Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Hidden. order, with no minimum spend.

 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic (New Zealand) deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International deliveries, including to the United States, typically arrive within 10-14 business days.

 

Every order includes tracking, sent to your email as soon as it ships. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info.hidden.furniture@gmail.com and we will chase it up.

 

Duties or import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.
