Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every Hidden. order, with no minimum spend.

 

Where your order ships from

Hidden. shelves are built to our specification by our manufacturing partner and ship directly from their facility in China to your door. There is no warehouse leg in between, which is how we keep shipping free on a product this size.

 

How long it takes

Processing: 1–3 business days while your order is built, packed and collected.

Transit to the United States: 10–18 business days.

Most US orders arrive within two to four weeks of being placed. Orders falling around Chinese New Year or the US holiday peak can run longer; if that affects your order we will email you.

 

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take three to five business days to start showing movement while the parcel clears its first leg. That is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

 

Import duties and taxes

You will not be charged United States import duties on your order.

The price you pay at checkout is the full price, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

 

Your address

Please check your delivery address carefully before you pay. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to the sender as undeliverable, refused or unclaimed, email us and we will arrange re-delivery.

 

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email info.hidden.furniture@gmail.com and we will trace it with the carrier. If it is confirmed lost in transit we will replace it.

Anything that arrives damaged is covered. Send us a photo and we will replace it. Faults after that are covered by our 2-year warranty.
